We remind you of the responsibility for driving while intoxicated:
✅ a citizen who first got behind the wheel in a state of alcohol or drug intoxication faces administrative liability in the form of a fine of UAH 17,000 and deprivation of the right to drive for 1 year;
✅ if the driver violated the requirements of Article 130 of the Code of Administrative Offences for the second time, he or she will face a fine of UAH 34,000 and deprivation of the right to drive for 3 years;
✅ if the driver has driven a vehicle in a drunken state for the third time in a year, administrative liability is provided in the form of a fine of UAH 51,000 and deprivation of the right to drive for 10 years.
