From today, due to the weather conditions, all fountains in the central part of the city will stop working, and conservation work will begin. Instead, in other areas of the city, the fountains will work for a few more days, and their work will be stopped until the end of the week.
“As of today, all the fountains that were active in our district – 5 stationary and 4 drinking fountains – will stop working, and we will start preserving them for the winter,” said Viktor Dubynyak, head of the utility department of the Galician district administration.
Instead, in the Lychakiv and Zaliznych districts, all fountains will stop working until the end of the week.
