Owners of waste disposal sites are encouraged to update existing or develop special passports.
We remind you that the Department of Ecology and Natural Resources of LOVA maintains a register of waste disposal sites in order to strengthen control of their ecological condition and assess their impact on the surrounding natural environment and human health.
A special passport is drawn up for each waste disposal site (hereinafter referred to as a waste disposal site), which indicates the name and code of the waste, its quantitative and qualitative composition, origin, as well as technical characteristics and information on methods of control and safe operation. A special passport is drawn up by the owner of the MVV.
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that the passports of the MVV are subject to annual review based on the results of observations, control measurements, additional work and are agreed upon by the department.
We ask the owners of waste disposal sites, information about which is entered in the register of waste disposal facilities, to view the data at the link and update their existing passports. It is necessary to develop special passports for owners of MVV, which are not in the register.
We emphasize that passports agreed with the territorial bodies of the Main Directorate of the State Production and Consumer Service in the Lviv Region must be submitted for approval to the Department of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Lviv Oblast through the center for providing administrative services to Lviv and its territorial divisions.
