On October 24, at 1:39 p.m., the Rescue Service “101” received a report about a fire in Velyki Mosty on the street. Shevchenko, 3 of Chervonograd district in a one-story wooden residential building, measuring 12×8 m.
Rescuers from the 52nd State Fire and Rescue Station of the Velyki Mosty district were sent to the scene.
Emergency personnel put on special apparatus for the protection of respiratory and vision organs and began to extinguish the fire. During the reconnaissance, the rescuers found a man in the house, who was taken out into the fresh air. After medical examination, the man refused hospitalization.
Household items on an area of 2 square meters were destroyed by fire. Saved: 1 person and a building.
At 1:56 p.m., the fire was localized and at 2:02 p.m. it was extinguished by the gas and smoke protection service unit. 1 unit of special equipment and 6 personnel were involved in extinguishing the fire.
