Today, December 20, during the regular meeting of the executive committee, the members of the executive committee discussed the issue of setting tariffs for centralized water supply and centralized drainage services for 2023.
This was reported in the Chervonograd City Council.
If you analyze the structure of the tariff, first deputy mayor Dmytro Balko noted, then half of the cost of the service is paid for the labor of employees of KP Chervonogradvodokanal, 30% – electricity costs, the rest – taxes, depreciation deductions and expenses for materials. Therefore, in order to preserve the most important potential of the enterprise – employees, it is necessary to motivate the staff by increasing wages. After all, in modern, extremely difficult conditions, in connection with the constant power outages, employees of the water utility work around the clock, eliminating emergency situations.
After all, if you analyze the current tariffs for centralized water supply and drainage in the region, they are almost the lowest in Chervonograd. For example, as of today (before the tariff increase), the cost of centralized water supply and drainage services in individual cities of Lviv Oblast is:
◼ Przemyśl residents – UAH 62.70/m3
◼ Mostyska – UAH 62.17/m3,
◼ Old Sambir – UAH 59.14/m3
◼ Horodok – UAH 57.18/m3
◼ Brody – 45.43 UAH/m3
◼ Drohobych – UAH 43.86/m3
◼ Mykolaiv – 42.33 UAH/m3
◼ Zhovkva – 42.18 hryvnias/m3
◼ Sokal – UAH 37.75/m3
◼ Chervonograd – 37.03
Therefore, according to the decision of the executive committee, from January 1, 2023, the tariff for the centralized water supply and drainage service will be UAH 43.63/m3 (for the centralized water supply service, it will be UAH 24.18/m3, and for centralized drainage – 19 UAH 45/m3)
