Today, the event “Educational dialogues – 2022: best practices of effective management in today’s realities, new challenges, prospects” was held in the premises of the Novoyavoriv Regional History Museum for managers and employees of the education departments of territorial communities of the district, managers of centers for the professional development of pedagogical workers, managers of inclusive resource centers .
The event began with a welcome speech by Volodymyr Dzyunka, the first deputy head of the Yavoriv RVA, who congratulated those present and wished them a peaceful and useful time.
“On February 24, we were all changed, forced to start life anew, but it did not break. On the contrary, we became stronger and united, and fatigue is our strength. Youth is the future of Ukraine, so our task is to make maximum efforts for a happy and independent future of our country. Glory to Ukraine” – noted Volodymyr Dzyunka
Volodymyr Petrovych also awarded the head of the Yavoriv RVA, Yaroslav Kominskyi, with thanks to the heads of educational institutions for their personal contribution to the support and assistance of internally displaced persons.
Acting Oksana Meher, head of the department of education, health care, culture, sports and youth of the Yavoriv RVA, introduced the program of the event to those present.
“With faith in victory, in Ukrainian education and our educators, we are starting the series of meetings “Educational Dialogues – 2022″. I wish all of us to have a good time and gain new knowledge from colleagues,” adds Oksana Maikher
The program of the event consisted of four parts:
managing the education of territorial communities in today’s conditions: a new school, the transformation of the educational environment of the community was told by the heads of the departments of education of territorial communities;
communications, partnerships, synergistic interaction as the basis of effective activity of Centers for professional development of pedagogical workers;
Inclusive resource center in the conditions of decentralization and the operation of the legal regime of martial law. intangible cultural heritage in the main process. In particular, the participants of the event had the opportunity to communicate, share experience and new knowledge among colleagues.
At the end of the event, the participants of the event viewed the Yavorivska toy exhibits in the museum under the guidance of the museum director Lesya Bilska.
