On Monday, November 21, Ukraine will celebrate the Day of Dignity and Freedom. Therefore, the city will pay financial aid to the injured participants who were injured during mass public protest actions that began on November 21, 2013.
In particular, 65 residents of our community will receive a one-time financial payment – 1,500 hryvnias each. UAH 97,500 was allocated for these needs in the city budget of the Lviv MTG. In general, this assistance has been provided in Lviv since 2017.
The funds will be paid by the Department of Social Protection of the LMR under the Comprehensive Program of Social Support for Certain Categories of Citizens of the Lviv MTG.
We will remind that on November 21, 2013, the first protests of the Ukrainian public began in response to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to suspend the process of preparation for the signing of the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the European Union.
