In Drohobych, current and capital repairs of traffic lights are underway on several streets of the city. We are talking about the traffic light on Hrushevsky Street, near Lyceum No. 16, the traffic light on Sagaidachnogo Street, near Lyceum No. 1, and the traffic light at the intersection of Stryyska-Ranevytska Streets.
As reported in the Department of Urban Economy, the work is being carried out with the aim of bringing the traffic lights to the existing state requirements, standards and state building regulations.
Thus, new supports for traffic lights were installed at the above-mentioned facilities. Near the schools, the work is at the final stage. On Ranevitskaya Street, they plan to complete the work in mid-January.
In addition, all objects will be equipped with contrasting lighting of pedestrian crossings and new road signs.
Road markings are planned to be restored in the spring.
At the same time, on Hrushevsky Street, near the Drohobytskyi Lyceum, the public utility “Municipal Management Service” is carrying out preparatory work, and paving of the sidewalk with cobblestones will be carried out.
