Sad news comes from the frontline again and again.
On 15 February 2025, near the village of Stroyivka, Kupiansk district, Kharkiv region, soldier Pelekh Yaroslav Petrovych, born on 11.03.1985, a resident of the village of Zhvyrka, was killed during the implementation of measures necessary to ensure the defence of Ukraine in connection with the military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine.
He served as a border guard inspector – mechanic-driver of the military unit 9937.
The sad news was reported by the Sokal City Council.
The deceased Hero is survived by his wife Ivanna, three-year-old daughter Daryna, mother Halyna, and brother Volodymyr. We are sincerely sorry for the irreparable grief…
