The functioning of the State Agrarian Register (DAR) has been restored.
In order to simplify the access of agricultural producers to state support programs and other state services through the use of electronic state information systems, the functioning of the State Agrarian Register (DAR) has been restored.
The launch of the State Agrarian Register provides farmers with a single platform where they can find all available support programs and provides the opportunity to submit applications for participation in the support program online.

In order to use all the services of the State Agrarian Register, an agricultural producer needs to register.
All key information about the manufacturer is pulled from government resources automatically.
The register is already connected and cooperates with information from 4 registers: State Land Cadastre; State register of property rights to immovable property; Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations; Unified state register of animals.

Producers of agricultural products of any size and field of activity, natural persons, FOP or legal entities of any form of ownership can register in the State Agrarian Register.
In order to register in DAR, legal entities and individuals must have an electronic digital signature of the head of the enterprise or an authorized person.

Resolution No. 918 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated August 16, 2022 approved the Procedure for the use of funds provided for in the state budget for providing support to farms and other producers of agricultural products (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure).
In accordance with the Procedure for the use of funds provided for in the state budget for providing support to farms and other producers of agricultural products, approved by Resolution of the CMU of August 16, 2022 No. 918, budget funds are provided in the following directions:
– budget subsidy for a unit of cultivated agricultural land (1 hectare) for carrying out agricultural activities;
– a special budget subsidy for keeping cattle (cows) of all productivity areas.
The recipient of budget funds can use only one of the specified directions.
Financial support is provided to agricultural producers, including natural persons who are not entrepreneurs, who cultivate from 1 to 120 hectares of agricultural land in the amount of UAH 3,100 per hectare of agricultural land (but not more than UAH 372,000) or who maintain from 3 to 100 cows in the amount of UAH 5,300 per cow (but not more than UAH 530,000).
In addition, support will be provided only to those producers who are registered in the State Agrarian Register (https://www.dar.gov.ua).
