This year, the Drohobych Open Championship was held in Drohobych region as part of the Regional Children’s and Youth Football League of Lviv Region. The competition was attended by 18 children’s teams from different towns and villages in the region. The championship was organised by the Drohobych Football Association and IFC Halychyna.
During the championship, young footballers born in 2009-2010, 2011-2012 and 2013-2014 had the opportunity to show their football skills.
The best players were determined at the end of the championship:
U-11 age group (born in 2013-2014):

The winning teams received cups, and the players – medals, which were presented by the Deputy Mayor and President of IFC Halychyna Yuriy Kushlyk, the Chairman of the AFD Stepan Luzhetskyi and his deputy Roman Prots.
They also thanked Petro Sheviak, Head of the Education Department of the City Council, and Mykhailo Horodynskyi, Director of the I. Bobersky Children’s and Youth Sports School, for providing the sports facilities for the championship.
