19-year-old Anastasia Maloshenko from Lviv in a pair with 21-year-old Yelyzaveta Timofeeva from Kamianskoye won the “gold” of the XI European Cheerleading Championship.
Cheerleaders performed in the competition of adult freestyle duets – Senior Pom Doubles. In this category, places were distributed as follows:

2. Slovenia
3. Greece
4. Austria
5. Poland
6. Hungary
We will remind that on April 21, the girls in the same category won the “silver” of the 14th World Championship, so they added the title of European champions to their status as world vice-champions.

Anastasia represents the Lviv Angels club and trains under the leadership of the president of the club and the Lviv Regional Federation of Cheerleading, Natalie Blazhko. Elizaveta is a pupil of the club Prometey and Alyona Kozynets. The European Championship continues. Another 16 Lviv Angels cheerleaders compete in the ranks of the national team: 12 – in the youth team, 4 – in the youth team. These teams successfully passed the qualifying round of the championship held on June 30 in Verona (Italy) and qualified for the finals from the first places.
