Another humanitarian mission of the LOK team to the eastern and southern regions of Ukraine has begun.
The team of the Lviv Defense Cluster set out on a humanitarian mission to hand over body armor for emergency services and anti-fragment vests for medics. In total, within the mission, 326 anti-fragment vests for medics and 200 4th class body armor for rescuers will be handed over.
Yesterday, March 31, bulletproof vests were handed over to the specialized state fire and rescue squad of the Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Kyiv. Therefore, another batch of armor will be handed over to rescuers from Dnipro and Sumy, and they will meet with medics in Kherson and Odesa.
The Lviv Defense Cluster has already handed over 100,000 body armor for the Defense and Security Forces of Ukraine, critical infrastructure workers, journalists, Ukrzaliznytsia employees, etc. Over 4,000 specialized anti-fragile vests for medics. And 550 sets for the evacuation of children (body armor + helmets) were handed over to the police.
