The Zolochiv District Prosecutor’s Office ensured the actual enforcement of the court decision by terminating the land lease, collecting the rent and returning the land to the community.
The land in question is an agricultural land plot with a type of use as a pasture. The latter is located within the Zolochiv territorial community with a total area of more than 76 hectares.
It was established that the agricultural enterprise that leased the land had not paid the rent for more than a year. In addition, the company subleased the land without the approval of the city council to a company that used it for other purposes. The sublessee plowed the pasture and sowed it with soybeans.
These violations gave rise to a lawsuit filed by the Zolochiv District Prosecutor’s Office, which the court upheld in full.
At present, the court decision has been actually enforced – the State Register of Real Property Rights has been entered to terminate the lease of the above land plot and return it to communal ownership.
