The victim informed the police about the drunken driver who had a car accident on Kavaleridze Street. A 43-year-old driver of a VAZ car reversed, as a result of which he damaged a parked Renault car.

Protocols were drawn up on him under part 1 of Art. 130 (Driving a vehicle while intoxicated) and Art. 124 (Violation of traffic rules that led to an accident), as well as the resolution under Part 1 of Art. 126 (Lack of necessary documents for driving vehicles) Code of Criminal Procedure.
The police stopped a Toyota Corolla car for a traffic violation. During the conversation with the 21-year-old driver, the inspectors found signs of alcohol intoxication. The driver refused to pass the examination in accordance with the procedure established by law.
