Incident on the ‘Przemyśl-Kyiv’ Train
Another incident occurred during the inspection of the ‘Przemyśl-Kyiv’ train. Service dog Lokki signaled near the restroom, where a zip bag with a gray-green substance, possibly marijuana, was later found in the structural elements.
In both cases, the border guards sent a notification to the National Police regarding the detection of criminal offense indicators as stipulated in Article 309 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – ‘Illegal production, manufacture, purchase, storage, transportation, or forwarding of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, or their analogs without the purpose of sale’.
