From November 27, the accounts for personal income tax crediting of financial support, monetary rewards and other payments received by military personnel, police officers and persons of rank and file are being changed.
The main administration of the DPS in the Lviv region informs that in accordance with the Law of Ukraine dated 08.11.2023 No. 3428-ХХ “On Amendments to the Budget Code of Ukraine on Ensuring the Support of the State’s Defense Capability and the Development of the Defense-Industrial Complex of Ukraine” the State Treasury Service of Ukraine has opened accounts for enrollment to the state budget Tax on the income of natural persons from financial support, monetary rewards and other payments received by military personnel, police officers and persons of rank and file, paid by tax agents (budget income classification code (KKDB) 11010201).
They will be implemented from November 27.
In addition, the name of KKDB 11010200 was changed.
Therefore, starting from November 27, the payment of personal income tax from financial support, monetary rewards and other payments received by military personnel, police officers and persons of rank and file and senior staff, paid by tax agents, must be made to new accounts.
