The City Hall of Seoul, the capital of the Republic of Korea, and Seoul University invite civil servants from other countries to study under the 2024 scholarship program for a Master’s degree in Urban Management and Planning.
The prerequisites for participation are fluency in English, age under 40, more than 3 years of public service experience, a bachelor’s degree, and satisfactory health. Participants’ parents must also be foreigners (not Koreans).
The training period is 2 years: from August 2024 to August 2026.
Expenses such as tuition and dormitory fees, round-trip airfare, and a medical examination upon arrival are covered by the project. Participants will also receive a monthly living allowance.
The deadline to apply for the program is March 14, 2024.
