Yesterday, December 1, a presentation and public discussion of the concept of arranging the Archangel Michael Park, located near the bus station on St. Stryyska. The concept of space renewal was developed by LKP “Institute of Spatial Development” with the financing of a local developer.
The presented concept envisages a comprehensive renewal of the park with the arrangement of a number of locations, in particular: separate mini-play zones, places for residents to relax and have picnics, sports areas, a terrace near the water, a training and walking area for dogs, as well as the use of art objects.
We will remind you that in the summer of this year, the Executive Committee of the LMR made a decision to grant the “Green Lviv” LKP the functions of the customer for the capital repair of Archangel Michael Park. By the way, the costs associated with the development of project and estimate documentation, related services to the design and capital repair of the park are borne by the developer – the limited liability company “Metgal”.
