The premises of the former boiler house on the street General Chuprinka, 130 is being reconstructed for a hotel
The Department of Architecture and Urbanism of the Lviv City Council agreed to issue urban planning conditions and restrictions for the reconstruction of a non-residential building of the former boiler house into a hotel with an underground parking lot at 130 General Chuprinka Street in Lviv.
The chief architect of Lviv, Anton Kolomeytsev, announced this decision during a meeting of the executive committee of the Lviv City Council.
“Members of the executive committee previously visited this area. It is proposed to make a three-level parking lot there, which will have 49 parking spaces, which is equal to the number of rooms in the hotel.
However, the number of hotel rooms will still decrease due to the setting of a lower elevation mark. Historical regulations approved by the Lviv Regional Military Administration were adopted in the city. According to them, this height should be lower. So the object that is on the rendering will actually be one floor lower. “, said Anton Kolomeytsev.
The total height of the object will be 20 meters.
