Stryi district: rescuers helped an injured tourist skier
On December 17, the Rescue Service “101” received a report that while skiing on Mount Trostyan in the village. Slavske, Stryi district, a man born in 1984 was injured and cannot descend on his own.
The rescuers of the Slavsky search and rescue department went to the scene.
As it turned out at the scene, the man fell while skiing down the mountain, as a result of which he injured his right hand and needed medical assistance.
The rescuers provided the victim with first aid and lowered him to the foot of the mountain.
