As told by LKP “Green City”, in the first two months of autumn, the city composting station received 1,039,770 kg of fallen leaves, which will later be turned into useful raw materials for plant nutrition and soil restoration.
“Lviv residents hand over leaves for processing! In October alone, our station received 971,450 kg. And in general, for the first two months of autumn – 1,039,770 kg.
LKP “Green City” thanks every resident and guest of the city, business owners – everyone who now continues to sort organics, throw organic waste into separate special containers, transporters who ensure separate removal of waste, businesses that buy a finished product – raw materials of organic origin at to our composting station in Lviv on St. Plastova, 13″, – noted in the Green City.
