Emergency services rescued an elderly man in Drohobych
Yesterday in the city of Drohobych, residents of a five-story residential building located on St. Volodymyr Veliky, they knocked on the alarm, as they smelled a strong smell of gas in the entrance.
Emergency services were called to the scene.
Specialists of the emergency gas service shut off the gas supply in the house and, together with the police, began to look for a leak.
The probable leak could be in the apartment where a 64-year-old man lives. The elderly man did not open the door. And a sharp smell of gas could be heard from the apartment.
Therefore, the rescuers used a hand tool to provide access to the apartment for police officers and medics.
On the floor in the kitchen, they found an elderly man with signs of a stroke and unconscious.
Also, the rescuers helped to transport the grandfather to the ambulance. The man was hospitalized in Drohobytsk city hospital.
