The relevant resolution was adopted by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on February 28, 2022 in connection with the military aggression of the Russian Federation and the imposition of martial law throughout Ukraine.
In addition, photographs of children with their personal data are pasted into the passports of parents or legal representatives. This information identifies them and confirms the citizenship of Ukraine.
“Extension of passports, pasting photos of the child in the passports of parents or legal representatives, is carried out by territorial bodies / territorial divisions of the LCA, as well as embassies and consulates of Ukraine.
But the enemy is vile and insidious. It is aimed, inter alia, at gaining confidential information about the citizens of Ukraine. We have deliberately removed the locations of our territorial units – this is a forced measure in the interests of national security, “the agency said.
