Tomorrow, Lviv will say goodbye to two people who died as a result of enemy rocket fire on the city

On Sunday, July 9, the Lviv community will say goodbye to two people who died as a result of a Russian rocket attack on residential buildings in Lviv. The City Hall calls on Lviv residents and guests to join in the farewell and to refrain from entertaining events and celebrations during this time.

The funeral service of Olga Dudka and Iryna Milovanova will begin at 3:00 p.m. in the Church of Saint Sophia – Wisdom of God, located on the territory of the UCU campus. Olga Dudka will be buried at the Yanivskyi cemetery, and Iryna Milovanova – at the Goloskivskyi cemetery.

It will be recalled that 10 people died as a result of a Russian rocket attack on residential buildings in Lviv. Another 48 received injuries and wounds of varying severity.

Biographical references

 

Olga Romanivna Dudka (December 1, 1957-July 6, 2023). Lviv woman.
She studied at Secondary Secondary School of Levels I-III No. 50 of the city of Lviv. Subsequently, she obtained a professional and technical education.

In peacetime, she worked as a controller at Lvivoblenergo Private Joint Stock Company. She loved to travel, spend time with her family, those around her often turned to her for advice.

She was a representative of the Association of co-owners of an apartment building in her own entrance and had considerable organizational talent.

Tragically died on July 6 as a result of a rocket attack on Lviv. Olga Dudka is survived by a daughter and a grandson.

 

Milovanova Iryna Viktorivna (17.10.1960-06.07.2023). Lvivianka.
She studied at the secondary comprehensive school of grades I-III No. 50 of the city of Lviv. She received her education at the Separate Structural Unit “Lviv Polygraphic College of the Ukrainian Academy of Typography”. She devoted her free time to reading literature.

The widow of a participant in the hostilities of 2015-2016, who defended the state in the ranks of the 81st Separate Airmobile Brigade of the Airborne Assault Troops of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Tragically died on July 6 as a result of a rocket attack on Lviv. Iryna Milovanova is survived by a sister and a daughter.
