The Department of Tourism and Resorts of Lviv Oblast continues to inform the tourist environment, businesses and travelers about tourist news in Lviv Oblast.
So, in September, the tourist tax is expected to decrease. For nine months, the amount amounted to UAH 32,184,386.97, in particular, in September, budget receipts amounted to UAH 1,686,248.24.
The largest tourist tax is paid by Lviv, Truskavetska, Skhidnytska, Zymnovodivska and Slavska communities.
The occupancy of hospitality facilities also decreased compared to the summer period: Lviv – 52%, the Carpathian region – 57%, resort areas and sanatoriums – 61%.
The most popular tourist locations in Lviv region visited by travelers: Tustan reserve – 20,850 people, “Skolivski Beskydy” NPP – 10,600 people, Domazhyr bear shelter – 3,610 people, Drohobytskyi TIC – 1,960 people, Yavorivskyi NPP – 650 people, pharmacy – Museum of Johann Zeg – 400 people.
There were also a number of events in the tourism industry in September:
– climbing to the peaks of Pikuy and Klyuch in Lviv Oblast was organized for defenders
– new series of the video blog “In the lens” were released:

– near the Domazhyr bear shelter, the ecological trail “Picturesque Roztochchia” was opened
– on the occasion of World Tourism Day, a strategic session was held with representatives of the tourism industry
– a scientific and practical conference “The Phenomenon of the Yavoriv Amusement Park” was held in Yavoriv
