The Lviv City Council and the First Medical Association of Lviv announce a Competition for enterprises that intend to become residents of the Center for Relocated Businesses. They will be able to rent premises at a discounted price and help make prostheses and rehabilitation equipment for patients of the National Rehabilitation Center UNBROKEN.
A center for relocated businesses was opened on the territory of St. Panteleimon Hospital of the First Medical Association of Lviv. Enterprises that had to relocate due to the war will be able to locate their production here on preferential terms. In order to select entrepreneurs who will work in the Center, a competition was held. The Lviv City Council and the First Medical Association of Lviv announce a Competition for enterprises that intend to become residents of the Center for Relocated Businesses.
Entrepreneurs are offered:
– preferential use for 2 years (1 hryvnias per square meter) of a production box with an area of 37 square meters;
– free use of warehouse (150 sq.m.), showroom and staff room;
– free use of furniture and equipment located in the warehouse and showroom.
The following can apply for the competition:
– fully or partially relocated enterprise;
– an enterprise that works in the field of production of prostheses, components for them, repair of technological prostheses, production of mobility aids for people with disabilities or rehabilitation equipment.
Additional criteria for determining the winners of the competition are work experience and reputation on the domestic and foreign markets, a sufficient number of employees to ensure the company’s activities.
To participate in the Competition, it is necessary to fill out an online form and send documents confirming state registration and confirmation of activity for 2022 in the form of one of the following documents: tax declaration of the payer of the single tax for 2022 (for legal entities on the single tax), declaration of property status and income, income tax returns for 2022.
The specified list of documents must be sent by July 19, 2023 in electronic and paper form to the address: Lviv, pl. Rynok, 1, room 318, and to e-mail: invest@lvivcity.gov.ua with the note “Competition for location in the Center for relocated businesses”.

The center for relocated businesses is a temporary structure with a total area of 450 square meters, which was installed as part of the implementation of the international technical assistance project “Setting up a center for relocated businesses in the city of Lviv” (implementer of the MTD project – UN Development Program). The zoning of the building involves dividing it into a box for the location of the relocated enterprise (37 sq.m.), a staff room with a bathroom, a showroom (25 sq.m.), a warehouse (150 sq.m.).
