The building at 88b Shevchenka Street is to be reconstructed into an administrative and residential building.
This was announced by the chief architect of Lviv Anton Kolomeitsev during a meeting of the executive committee of the Lviv City Council on 25 November.
Currently, one-storey workshops are located at this address.
“Part of the one-storey building will be repaired, and part will be added to the second floor. In other words, the whole area will be improved,” explained Anton Kolomeitsev.
The applicants also intend to dismantle part of the building to expand the public space in front of the residential building.
