In Lviv, a 4-story medical center will be built on Yuriy Rufa Street

On May 9, the executive committee of the LMR approved town planning conditions and restrictions for the medical center at Yuriy Rufa Street, 6. A full-fledged medical facility will be built on the site of the existing unfinished building.

A four-story private medical center will be built next to the regional hospital. A eaves floor will be formed in the building and an underground parking lot for 20 spaces will be built.

“The building was sold through the auction of the regional council, purchased officially, and now we are issuing town planning documents for a private medical institution,” said Lviv First Deputy Mayor Andriy Moskalenko.

The territory next to the building is planned to be landscaped. Additional guest parking spaces will also be arranged.

“We plan to organize this area exclusively for a medical facility, there is zone G-5 – a treatment zone. It is obvious that it will not be a regional hospital, it will be a private medical institution,” said Anton Kolomeytsev, the chief architect of Lviv.
