The concept of a municipal industrial park was presented at Lviv. According to the concept, about 90 ths. sq. m of harvesting area. The park is practical in the field of processing industry, specializes in export-oriented production of textiles, furniture and components for the automotive industry, as well as in the placement of data centers.
As rozpovit in the Moscow management of investments and projects, the industrial park will focus on small and medium business. Some future workers will have access to engineering lines, manual transport junctions. The main sources of income for the park will be the provision of vacant houses for rent.
“Industrial park is like a shopping center, only some pronouncements. It is not better to achieve a unique concept for Lviv, but for Ukraine, because at the same time Lviv is experiencing a boom in logistics, and industrial parks, which are oriented towards increasing the volume of goods exchanged with Europe, and experiencing a turbulent growth. Also, Lviv has taken a unique chance,” Maxim Nefyodov, having respected the project clerk of the reforms of the Kyiv School of Economics.
Dilyanka IP “Signivka” with an area of 15 hectares was planted 5 km from the center of the place, at one hour near the ring road. The water is connected to a centralized supply that leads to the sewerage. The order was ripped out of the railing, so that you can get to the plot. For even greater prosperity, there, for consumption, you can launch a huge transport. Investors work on the land plots, which give me the opportunity to get their business for spivpratsi.
“That plan, which we can imagine at once, is to allow the city to create up to 1500 additional working places in the coming 10 years, to increase global investments by approximately 1.5% and to have a direct positive contribution from the appearance of paid taxes to the city’s tourism and services”, – rozpov Maxim Nefyodov.
Following the words of the first intercessor of the head of the city of Lvov, Andriy Moskalenok, it is necessary to finalize the concept of the project and stick with it at the next stage. Golovne zavdannya – the price of new work space and a new job was added for the economy of the city.
In front – the concept was confirmed at the session of the Lviv City Council for the sake of registering the industrial park with the state-owned state register. After that, an open competition will be held for the selection of a certain company.
“This is a municipal land plot. At the competition, we are appointed as an operator, so that you will always be deprived of the lead facilitator and collect the key goals, like the guilty ones, ”Andriy Moskalenko suggested.
Two parks are being built near Lviv: the industrial park “M10” in the industrial zone “Ryasne-2” and “Sparrow Park Lviv” on the territory of the industrial zone “Signivka”.
The presentation of the concept was launched by the Good Governance Fund to the project “Revitalization of the business climate in Ukraine”, which is being implemented in support of Great Britain (UK Aid). The project implementer is Abt Britain and the Kyiv School of Economics.
