In the Centers for Administrative Services of Lviv, you can use the service of simultaneous issuance of a passport of a citizen of Ukraine – ID card, and a passport of a citizen of Ukraine for travel abroad.
You can use the service:
– in case of loss of documents or their exchange due to changes in personal data;
– in the case of issuing an ID card for the first time (after reaching the age of 14).
When applying for a passport of a citizen of Ukraine for the first time after reaching the age of 14, only the service of issuing a passport of a citizen of Ukraine for travel abroad is paid.
