Yesterday, April 20, a meeting was held in the premises of the Novoyavorivka City Council to exchange experience between financiers of territorial communities of Yavoriv and Lviv districts with the aim of increasing the professional level of financiers, providing consulting assistance in solving issues arising in the process of implementing local budgets.
The participants of the meeting discussed the need to make changes to tax and budget legislation, cooperation with tax and other authorities, inventory of land plots and real estate, creation of a complete and stable database, implementation of control over compliance with budget legislation at each stage of the budget process, streamlining of the network of budget institutions in connection with the introduction of new approaches to the financing of industries, transfer of interbudgetary transfers for services provided to residents from other communities, etc. Special attention was focused on strengthening control and economic work carried out by employees of financial bodies.
The meeting was held with the participation of representatives of the finance department of Lviv OVA Volodymyr Shlapak, Olga Dovhanyk, Natalia Spodaryk, acting the head of the financial department of the Yavorivska RVA Nataliya Pelikh and financiers of the territorial communities of the Yavorivska district.
