Taras Bobanych – Strynian, Hero of Ukraine, military serviceman, junior lieutenant, commander of the 2nd separate battalion of the Ukrainian Volunteer Corps “Right Sector”, a participant in the Russian-Ukrainian war.
To the topic: In Lviv, a street was named “Hammer” in honor of Taras Bobanych.
Died on April 8, 2022 in a battle against Russian troops during the execution of a combat mission by a unit in the Izyum direction.
The action will take place at the beginning of Chornovola avenue (next to the “Skaly” museum). Start at 1:00 p.m.
We will remind that in October, on the occasion of the Defender of Ukraine Day, a commemorative plaque to Taras Bobanych was opened in Strya. The action took place on the territory of SZOSH No. 9, where the soldier studied. Now this educational institution bears his name.
