In April, among the published materials were files of the Investigative Department of the NKVD and books of the Department of State Registration of Civil Status Acts.
This month, the State Archive of the Lviv region took an important step in preserving the historical heritage and providing access to archival documents.
A significant number of materials were published on the official electronic resource, including 90 cases of the Investigative Department of the NKVD in the Lviv region for the period from 1939 to 1950, containing criminal cases.
Also, 21 books (cases) of the Department of State Registration of Civil Status Acts of the State Registration Office of the Main Territorial Administration of Justice for 1940-1941, which contain records of births, marriages and deaths of people, were made public.
The State Archive of the Lviv region continues its work on scanning and publishing other materials from archival funds.
