LKP “Lvivavtodor” continues the repeated centralized collection of documents for obtaining student “LeoCards” for schoolchildren who do not yet have a card.
According to the results of the 1st stage of the centralized submission of documents, more than 25,000 students of Lviv MTG received their cards in educational institutions in the same centralized manner. For the convenience of students, a month ago LKP “Lvivavtodor” together with the Department of Education of the LMR launched the II stage of centralized submission of documents for obtaining student “LeoCards”.
Therefore, students who do not yet have a “LeoKart”, but want to get one, can contact the designated responsible persons in their educational institutions, who form packages of documents and hand them over to LKP “Lvivavtodor” for processing. LKP “Lvivavtodor” also clarified whether schoolchildren who have already received “LeoCards” and are using them need to hand in their cards if their validity period expires. Recently, the company has received many questions about this.
“Our answer is no, you don’t need to hand over anything. The term of validity of “LeoKart” for students of 4th and 9th grades, who at the beginning of the new school year moved to 5th and 10th grade, respectively, can be extended in the software environment without physically transferring their LKP “Lvivavtodor”. But for this, we needed the following information from the educational institutions – lists of students and the specified terms of their studies”, – explained the operational work department of LKP “Lvivavtodor”.
That is why in October LKP “Lvivavtodor” sent letters to the Department of Education of the LMR regarding the need for educational institutions to provide the above-mentioned information in order to continue the validity of student “LeoCards”. As a result, the validity of the cards has been extended for 1,322 schoolchildren from 32 educational institutions who have correctly submitted information to the enterprise as of today.
