Irena Karpa will hold a master class on therapeutic writing in Lviv

The writer Irena Karpa, who recently published a new novel “Just don’t tell anyone about it”, will hold a charity master class on therapeutic writing in Lviv. The training will take place on September 7 at the Lviv Municipal Art Center with the support of the UAID Foundation.

At the meeting in Lviv, the writer will help you understand how to overcome the “downfall” that sometimes covers each of us in the difficult times of war, and to turn negative emotions such as guilt, powerlessness, grief or anger to your advantage with the help of writing.

“At this time, when a mixture of news, worries, fear of loss, uncertainty and traumatic experience enters us, it is important to give this mixture an outlet. So as not to explode and lie down in an inactive place,” the author shares.

The UAID Foundation is 25 Ukrainian volunteers who, since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Russian troops, have been helping the Ukrainian military with the supply of protective and technical equipment, as well as medical aid and cars. Thanks to the help of donors from all over the world, the foundation has already covered needs in the amount of more than two million dollars.

Tickets for the event are available here.
