This Friday, June 17, the State Memorial Museum of Mykhailo Hrushevsky in Lviv together with the Historical and Memorial Museum of Mykhailo Hrushevsky in Kyiv invites you to the presentation of the publication “Diary of Mykhailo Hrushevsky (1902-1914) in two volumes.” Its publication was interrupted by Russia’s military aggression against Ukraine and ended during the war in early May.
The publication includes all the diary notes of Mykhailo Hrushevsky for 1902-1914 discovered so far, which are stored in the Central State Archives of Ukraine in Kyiv and are introduced into scientific circulation in full for the first time.
A unique memoir opens new pages in the biography of Mykhailo Hrushevsky, represents the tireless energy of the professor of the first department of Ukrainian history, head of scientific institutions in Lviv and Kyiv, stages of creating a national grand narrative, multifaceted activities of scientists in the field of journalism, culture, publishing and society.
