Books about Roman Shukhevych and the Modern War Presented in Lviv

At the municipal institution of the Lviv Regional Council \”Lviv Regional Scientific and Pedagogical Library,\” an event was held on Saturday, March 8, to honor the memory of Roman Shukhevych, commander-in-chief of the UPA – a creative meeting with a young researcher, a student from Kyiv National University named after Taras Shevchenko, and author of educational projects, Tetyana Oliynyk. The writer is touring Ukraine, presenting her works to students, library staff, and scientists.

Participation of Deputies and Book Presentation

The event was attended by deputies of the Lviv Regional Council, Yosyf Sytnyk and Halyna Chorna. Tetyana Oliynyk presented her book about Roman Shukhevych, \”Everyone Admired Him,\” dedicated to the victims of occupation regimes who fought for the freedom of the Ukrainian nation. Her second book, \”Formula of Ukrainian Victory,\” covers current events and was published by the artist during the full-scale invasion.

\”We are a nation that fights for truth, faith, and justice. Life can be lived in different ways; you can go long and quietly, leaving imperceptible traces that time will wash away. Or you can burst forth briefly and brightly, blinding everything around you with your life,\” noted Tetyana Oliynyk.
