On April 7, the museum “Man.Earth. Universe” museum of the Sokal branch of the Lviv Museum of the History of Religion hosted a presentation of an exhibition of graphics by Olha Popil, a senior lecturer at the Chervonohrad School of Art.
The event brought together supporters and admirers of the artist’s work from Sokal, Chervonohrad, and Lviv.
Today’s exhibition includes 25 works. These are graphic works made in pencil and ochre. Among them are the works “Family”, “Genesis”, “Unconquered”, “Exhausted”, “Angel of Peace” and others.
The opening of the exhibition was attended by artists, teachers of the fine arts department of the Sokal Children’s Art School named after Viktor Matiuk and the Chervonohrad Art School.
Communication with the artist was easy, interesting and pleasant. Olha Popil presented not only graphic works, but also sang songs with a guitar with great pleasure. The artist is especially fond of the poetry of Father Volodymyr Witt, to which she wrote her own melody.
Overcoming life’s difficulties and challenges, the artist for many years did not stop working sincerely, with all her talents, for Ukraine and passing on her knowledge to her students.
An amazing world of fine and musical art! The audience enjoyed the playing of the violin ensemble, teachers of the Sokal Children’s Music School “Ladies”, director Iryna Kohut, concertmaster Tetiana Trotsko, who created an extremely trembling and sincere atmosphere in the hall.
WE INVITE YOU TO VISIT THE EXHIBITION!
