The decision of the Commercial Court satisfied the claim of the head of the Yavoriv District Prosecutor’s Office for the return of funds to the budget in the amount of about UAH 350 thousand. He is obliged to return the unjustified funds that were transferred to him as payment for the alleged construction work.
The prosecutors proved in court that the company, which was supposed to lay sewer networks to one of the settlements in Yavoriv district, did not actually perform any work.
Despite this, the contractor was unjustifiably transferred budget funds.
The court confirmed the validity of the prosecutor’s claims and satisfied the claim in full.
