This has never happened before. Eyewitnesses filmed how the bus with passengers drove around the traffic jam on the sidewalk – the Patrol Police of the Lviv region reported this today.
In social networks, the driver of this bus was called the “king of the sidewalks”, because he decided not to stand with others in the train, but to go around it on a pedestrian walkway.
The patrolmen of the 4th battalion, having orientation, soon stopped the violator and issued a decree against the 52-year-old driver in accordance with part 1 of Art. 122 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for compliance with clause 11.13 (The movement of vehicles on sidewalks and footpaths is prohibited) of the Traffic Regulations. The fine is 340 hryvnias.
By the way, all such cases involving public transport are reported to the management of the respective enterprise.
