In Lviv, a Network Selling Chemical Compounds to Children Was Dismantled

In Lviv, law enforcement officers have halted the operations of a network of shops where illegal chemical compounds were sold to children. This was reported by the city mayor, Andriy Sadovyi. According to the police, the network consisted of 12 shops.

The facade of one of the shops was light green, with a logo resembling a cannabis leaf. The door bore the sign “18+”. A man in an orange sleeveless jacket was walking past the building.

“Thank you to the law enforcement agencies for their work. Thanks to all concerned citizens, journalists, public organisations, veterans, deputies, and journalists — everyone who kept their finger on the pulse and did not remain silent,” said the mayor of Lviv.

Previously, during a session of the Lviv City Council, an appeal was made to law enforcement and the President of Ukraine to intervene in the situation regarding the expansion of the network of shops selling narcotic chemical compounds. The mayor called for the creation of a special task force to counteract this activity.
