The other day, we saw a video on social media of a woman handing over the steering wheel to her minor son and posting it.
The patrol policemen identified the owner of the BMW and invited her to the Patrol Police Department for a hearing.
The police department held a preventive conversation with the woman and issued a resolution under Part 2 of Article 126 (Transfer of control of a vehicle to a person who is not entitled to drive such a vehicle) and drew up a report under Part 1 of Article 184 (Failure of parents or persons in loco parentis to fulfil child-rearing responsibilities) of the Code of Administrative Offences.
We urge parents not to repeat such actions, as the consequences can be irreparable. Let’s be conscious!
