The traffic accident happened on January 3, around 7:15 p.m., on Kulparkivska Street in Lviv.
As previously established by the law enforcement officers, there was a collision between the Tekken motorcycle driven by a 17-year-old Lviv resident and a Volkswagen UP car driven by a 39-year-old Lviv resident.
As a result of the accident, the minor motorcycle driver received bodily injuries and was hospitalized.
According to the fact, investigators of the Lviv District Police Department No. 2 opened criminal proceedings under part 1 of Article 286 (Violation of traffic safety rules) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The maximum punishment provided by the sanction of the article is restriction of liberty for a term of up to three years, with deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for a term of up to three years.
