On March 6 at 10:48, the Rescue Service “101” received a report about a fire in the city of Lviv on Taras Shevchenko Avenue. The fire started in a Toyota Prius car.
The rescuers of the 1st state fire and rescue unit of the city of Lviv went to the place of the call.
When firefighters arrived at the scene, the car was completely engulfed in flames. There was a threat of the fire spreading to cars parked nearby.
At 11:00 a.m. firefighters localized the fire, and at 11:07 a.m. it was extinguished.
The firefighters managed to prevent the fire from spreading and to save the Renault Espace car parked nearby from the fire.
As a result of the fire, the fire destroyed the car “Toyota Prius”. 8 personnel and 2 units of special equipment were involved in extinguishing the fire.
