The Cabinet of Ministers adopted a resolution “Some issues of filing a declaration of waste.” With this document, the Government abolishes the complicated and outdated way of reporting business in paper form and generally excludes the participation of officials in this process.
The waste declaration can be submitted in full through the EcoSystem web portal in “peopleless” and “paperless” modes.
According to the Ministry of Environment, the algorithm for obtaining the service will be as follows:
- information about the applicant will be automatically checked and retrieved from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Associations;
- it will be impossible to make a technical error when filling out the form. The program will check the data and point out inaccuracies in the calculations;
- the official will not take part in the verification of declarations and their registration, and thus potential manipulations, administrative pressure and corruption risks are reduced to “zero”;
- the registration period will be reduced from 5 days of waiting to several hours (it will all depend on how quickly the applicant fills out the form);
- if all the information is entered correctly, the declaration will automatically appear in the register and the applicant will receive a notification.
According to the resolution of the Government, the Ministry of Environment, the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Justice must resolve all technical issues by July 1 and ensure the functioning of the relevant service.
