In the boundaries of the working group, which took place on the 17th of February, the participants discussed how it is possible to implement the scenario development and adaptation to new factors of regional development.
The key topic was also the assessment of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and the full-scale war on the social sphere of the region.
The participants were representatives of enlightenment, health protection, social protection, culture, sports, structural engineers of the LODA, representatives of analytical institutions and volunteer associations.
Among the factors, like a significant world, they pushed into the social and humanitarian sphere of the Lviv region, there is a large number of very old people with disabilities, HPE.
At the same time, increasing the focus on social infrastructure and social institutions will help in the region to develop a system of subsistence living, as well as to modernize programs for the integration of immigrant migrants into the general life of communities.
The need to develop rehabilitation medicine and comprehensive support for war veterans has increased. On a new level, there is a need to attach to the barrier-free public infrastructure.
Experts have come in handy in the minds of today, it is necessary to work harder:
take the development of the potential of the community society, which forms a high volunteer potential and secures the aggressor;
support projects of inter-municipal support and support with donors;
to apply the concept of how to stimulate the turn of Ukrainians, as if they were encouraged to change over the cordon;
get international technical help.
