During the meeting, 20 purchases were considered.
Today, November 24, the sixth meeting of the working group, which monitors the proper use of budget funds in the Lviv region, took place in the Lviv OVA.
During the meeting, representatives of 14 communities and the Department of Capital Construction of Lviv Oblast were heard regarding 20 purchases: of them – 7 at the request of citizens.
Based on the results of the meeting, the working group decided to recommend that, during the upcoming sessions of the relevant councils, review the expediency and priority of expenditures in accordance with the order of the head of the Lviv Regional Government No. 932/0/5-23BA dated 05.10.2023 “On limiting non-priority expenditures of local budgets of the Lviv region under martial law” regarding six purchases of Biskovytska, Turkivska and Yavorivska communities.
“Once again, I emphasize the conscientious implementation by the customers of the order of the head of LIV “On limiting non-priority expenditures of local budgets of the Lviv region in the conditions of martial law” during the announcement of tenders and the conclusion of relevant contracts. Thank you to the concerned citizens who send us information about possible non-critical purchases, for taking an active position,” said Andrii Godyk, the first deputy head of the Lviv OVA.
Also, the working group once again instructed the Western Office of the State Audit Service of Ukraine and law enforcement agencies to carry out control within their competence of part of the purchases considered today.
