The Department of Economic Policy of the Lviv Autonomous Regional Government presented an updated printed edition of the catalog “Export Potential of Lviv Oblast”.
The catalog is formed by the Department’s Export Support Sector, which is constantly updated and supplemented.
The export catalog is a bilingual promotional publication.
“In the updated version, 306 export-oriented enterprises of the region were presented in the main branches of industry: construction, woodworking, light, machine-building, furniture, metalworking, printing, food and chemical. Also, in the updated edition, service sector enterprises were presented for the first time,” Stepan Kuybida, director of the Department of Economic Policy, said.
The main goal of the catalog is to increase the visibility and competitiveness of regional enterprises on international markets.
“We are constantly improving the catalog and distributing it among potential business partners abroad. That is why we continue to encourage businesses to post information about their enterprise on its pages,” said Veronika Burda, head of the export support sector of the economic policy department.
The preparation of the printed edition of the catalog was made possible thanks to the support of the American people, provided through the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) within the framework of the “Competitive Economy of Ukraine” Program.
