Three modern furniture assembly shops will appear in Lviv. Today, July 21, the Executive Committee of the Lviv City Council issued town planning conditions and restrictions to Lviv Industrial Park LLC for the reconstruction and expansion of the existing hangar for a furniture assembly shop and the construction of two new shops and a boiler house in Lviv at Beskydska Street, 35.
“Urban planning conditions and restrictions apply to both reconstruction and the formation of new workshops. Here they plan to make an object in the character of such modern industrial architecture. In fact, it will be a single industrial production complex with a number of administrative premises integrated into the buildings themselves,” explained the chief architect of Lviv, Anton Kolomeytsev.
The complex will be built on an area of 1.3 hectares on land with the purpose of placing and operating the main, ancillary and auxiliary buildings and facilities of processing, machine-building and other industrial enterprises.
